<P><B>Position Information: </B>The position will involve showroom quality deliveries of new and used vehicles. Washing, waxing, dressing tires, windows, vacuuming, license plate transfers, as well as lot clean-up, emptying ashtrays, garbage, etc. </P><P></P><P><B>Responsibilities: </B>Prepare vehicles for delivery / Park vehicles in inventory / Change license plates / Install Illinois temporary plates / Run miscellaneous errands for sales management / Assist in ensuring neat appearance of retail facility as needed (pick up litter, snow, clean outside ashtrays and garbage cans) / Restock the cleaning products / Keep your work area clean</P><P></P><P><B>Qualifications: </B>Must have a valid Illinois Driver’s license with a good driving record, be 17 years of age or older, able to drive a manual transmission, be reliable, able to take directions from several people, and handle more than one task at a time. Candidate must also be a reliable team player and must have previous detail experience and general mechanical skills.</P><P></P><P><B>Hours:</B> Monday through Friday: 3:00 p.m. to close. </P><P> Every Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to close.</P>

<P><B>Position Information: </B>The parts counterperson sells retail parts to all available customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.</P><P><B></B></P><P><B>Responsibilities: </B>Customer Relations / Interdepartmental Relations / Parts Ordering / Accept Incoming Calls / Provide Quotes / Set up orders, deliveries and pick ups / Verify “will call” and back orders / Assist technicians / Notify Body Shop and Service on special orders</P><P></P><P><B>Qualifications: </B>Previous experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of growth and customer satisfaction, must have a neat professional appearance, good communication skills, and the ability to work with the general public and with several customers at a time. Must also have the ability to access inventory on a computer screen and be able to locate parts by number and bin locations.
